opened a new business account and made a deposit from customer check...since this account is new and a rather significant deposit for the first one....my deposit is on hold for 10 business days....Seriously? TFB is too lazy to pick up the phone an verify your customers funds so they can satisfy their vendors.... When these funds are available I will bank elsewhere

The staff is very welcoming and very knowledgeable. And they treat everyone like family always smiling and willing to go the extra mile even if you walk through the door at 4:58pm and they close at 5 I'm talking from experience. I love my Texas First Bank Family #BANKLOCAL

Went to Kemah branch for help with a credit card. The teller there was very rude and said she couldn't do anything to help me unless I wanted to open a checking and saving account. There was no manager so I called the Oak branch since they handle the credit cards. Was told I would get a call back and was never contacted. I will never be returning to this bank as they obviously do not care about their customers.

I bank in League City and Alicia's service exceeds expectations. She is very helpful every time. I'll update my review once I get her last name. Overall, I'm happy with LC Branch.

Gloria Todaro and company have given my wife and I the best banking experience we have ever had. We have moved all accounts to Texas first and will continue to use them as long as we are in Galveston. Gloria specially has been there for us anytime we need her ! Truly recommend them to all !!
