We moved out of state, over five hours away from the closest branch location, mail in deposits were taking weeks to deposit and this was no longer our primary bank account. Their banking app never saved my address change, which I tried to do twice. My phone number never changed and is still the same number that they have on file. RecommendedI've been a customer here for years and never had an issue but today it was a completely different story. I made a cash deposit at the ATM by Wal-Mart over the weekend and the machine ate my money. I went to the bank were it happened to file a dispute. They're very nice and all but I think its not right that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back when it was the ATM that messed up.
