We moved out of state, over five hours away from the closest branch location, mail in deposits were taking weeks to deposit and this was no longer our primary bank account. Their banking app never saved my address change, which I tried to do twice. My phone number never changed and is still the same number that they have on file. The manager, Cindy Anthony, and all the staff at my Pirate's Beach branch are exceptional. Always friendly and professional. Cindy made an extra effort to get me in touch with Frank Komasincki when I was ready to apply for a SBA PPP loan. I was so happy I was banking with a local bank.
