Appointment was scheduled for 4:30, an hour later still no doctor, have no respect for other people time.
Dr. Lu is the best eye doctor I've ever had. He takes time and explains everything to you so that you understand. He even shows you what he actually sees. Extremely impressed with Dr Lu and his staff.
We have been coming here for 5 years now. We have always had the absolute best experiences with the staff. Since my son first started here at 5 yrs old, to now, almost 10. Today we got there 25 mins early. They took him back and got him out of there before his scheduled appointment time. It took us longer to get our food next door, at sonic, than it did to get in and out of this appointment. Plus, Don, our dr, is always so great with my son. Engaging, kind, and patient with him.
