I had a 9:45 appointment this morning (6/16/2020) with Dr. Charles Johnson. I arrived a little early. I waited until 11:15 and then left. Never saw him. An hour and a half is too long to wait on a doctor! No more Texas Eye Institute!

I just had a very bad experience with the Texas Eye Institute in Angleton. The woman, Linda, I was speaking with hung up on me! The gall of her to that without any just cause. How rude can someone get in a customer service position after a client, me, has spent several thousand dollars there over the past couple of years. People, I like Dr. Johnson and believe he did a good job on my cataract surgeries, but charging $45 to write a prescription when the insurance doesn't "pay" for it seems very greedy to me. Dr. Bulan is a great doctor/surgeon. He operated my daughter on her left eye due to eye chalazion
