I was overcharged for a procedure on July 10. I paid $180, but my insurance EOB shows that my actual responsibility was only $36.58. I am therefore owed a refund of $143.42. I have already contacted the facility to request the refund, but I am still waiting for this billing error to be corrected. This is extremely frustrating. I expect the full $143.42 refund to be processed immediately.
I had to cancel my colonoscopy last October. I’m still waiting on the refund for prepayment. Every single time I call they tell me something different. My first call was in December 2025 inquiring about the refund. 3 weeks ago it was supposedly approved by the office for billing office to release the funds. Today I called and they don’t see the funds to release. This is ridiculous!
Very Expensive
Team is fun and tries to get you in a good mood before your procedure. They have heated blankets!!!
Good place to have procedures related to Gi. Cost less than hospital services for out pt surgery. Just make sure they are In Network with insurance before scheduling.
