The billing department has been extremely frustrating to deal with. They charge extra, but never seem to refund the remaining balance. I’ve called their billing service 877-790-2346 multiple times, but I keep getting transferred from one person to another, and eventually the call gets disconnected. Kind, compassionate, and professional. I get extremely anxious and stressed with any medical procedure, and this one was no different. The staff was super kind and reassuring. I was well cared for, and they got me in and out very quickly. Thank you to the whole team. I may have not shown it, but I really really appreciate your kindness to this big baby. :-)

I am extremely frustrated with how this billing has been handled. we received and invoice nearly a year after a procedure done for a family member, with no prior indication that the patient owed an additional balance. It is difficult to understand how a business can provide a service and then, many months later, determine that the customer owes additional money without providing a clear explanation. I was overcharged for a procedure on July 10. I paid $180, but my insurance EOB shows that my actual responsibility was only $36.58. I am therefore owed a refund of $143.42. I have already contacted the facility to request the refund, but I am still waiting for this billing error to be corrected. This is extremely frustrating. I expect the full $143.42 refund to be processed immediately.
