We had Texas Drinking Water install a water softener and reverse osmosis system back in the 2005 timeframe. The system has worked very well over the years and I've previously done the filter changes myself when it was needed. This year I called them to service the system. Mark found a worn piston and seals in the water softener valve and replaced them. He also swapped out the filters on the reverse osmosis and the refrigerator. Excellent service!

We live in Kopperl, Texas; a rural community, where well water is commonly used for our household use. We have no city water system, therefore all residents of our community rely on well water. The service is awesome. The reason why I drink the water is mainly for my health, but also the taste is clean and pure. I use it in my teas and in my coffee. I take it to work. It’s the only water my family will drink.

We have owned one of their systems for over 8 years to remove sulfur smell from our water.Our service has always been excellent.We were starting to have some smell again so I called.We thought we were going to have to replace the catalyst that filters the water.When Mark got out here he found a check valve clogged.It was cleaned and is working great.He could have changed the catalyst and charged another 2 to 3 hundred dollars more.They are very honest and we will continue to business with them.Thanks y'all.
