I posted a review earlier and was not satisfied with it so I'm reposting this one. First off I am reviewing this company based on the fact that that they posted a deal on a white settlement water bad report that some how got into my news feed and the report is not a lie and I am not defending it either, but my issue is things that Texas drinking water systems are posting that I feel are misleading and possibly just not true to a point , my first issue the way they are telling people about this danger and stuff associated wit... read more

It's very unfortunate that this business owner went to great lengths to create a brand new Facebook account just to post a negative review against our company. I won't stoop so low as to say the name of the pool company that he/she works for. I will say this: We have been in business for 29 years and the REAL reviews from ACTUAL customers speak for themselves. Our over 4500 satisfied customers is a testament to the kind of products, services we offer and the integrity we walk in.
I've worked at Texas drinking water systems for 29 years. These last two years have been the best ever, Kevin Moore the new owner has great plans and has really stepped it up several notches in our service department. He's the best thing that's ever happened to Texas drinking water systems. Not to mention Wendi who is the best administrative person in the world to me.

Got our R/O system installed a little over a year ago and now wonder why we waited so long! No more hauling sparkletts bottles, no need buying refrigerator filters, and with the added minerals it tastes better than bottled water now! We use the water for cooking, coffee, everything and it all tastes so much more pure especially the ICE!!! No more nasty tasting melted ice! I can't say enough good things about Texas Drinking Water Systems as they are AWESOME!
