I would highly recommend using this company. I’ve used this company twice and they are absolutely amazing! Heather and Richard are a husband & wife team and they are very professional and extremely thorough not to mention knowledgeable. As they found things wrong they would let us know and would talk with us and explain. They answered all our questions (which was a lot) and we had our report by that night.
