They have decent pricing on their machines but will absolutely nickel and dime you on any service for the machines even when under warranty. They will bounce you around and not respond. Finally, they will act like they are doing you some sort of huge favor for fixing machines they no longer service that they not only sold you but recommended you buy over other manufacturers.
