UPDATE!!! I finally received a reply from the company regarding my complaint. They asked for me to contact them to see if they could make things right. I reached out and we traded a few emails back and forth. I was offered a free cleaning (which would not be free because I never received the first a cleaning service). I notified him that I no longer live in Dallas and I haven’t heard from him again! Worst cleaning company ever!!! DO NOT use this company if you want your house cleaned!!!
