Good clean hospital! Staff was great! Quiet to for how busy they were! They were so sweet to my son! He has autism so you have to have lots of patience and they had plenty of it! Thank you!
First class service all the way! We had a scheduled MRI today which I was pleasantly surprised they could accommodate us on a Sunday. Every single employee that we either made personal contact with or simply eye contact with was incredibly kind and courteous. Anytime you are bringing your child to a hospital as a parent, can seem overwhelming and stressful but these professionals made our experience smooth and painless particularly the radiology department. My son had a head injury. Care was quick and staff explained everything in detailed. Don't like the quick release.
My son is currently in the NICU, I must say his nurses have been wonderful. My mother & I rotate who stays with him they make us feel at home! The Ronald McDonald house is lovely & staff are super nice!
Waste of time better off going somewhere else almost as bad as San jacinto and that's saying alot

Got to the ER at around 4 pm, they say "someone will see you shortly"... well 1, 2, 3, 4 hours later.... nothing... not even a recheck of vitals or anything.... my duaghters pain began to increase along with fever.... when telling the nurses the seemed frustrated and just offered a tylenol... it eased her pain, but didnt even see a doctor until 6-7 hours in...we ended up leaving 13 hours later with no diagnosis or explanation for her pain.... it was the worst ER visit ever. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM, AND WILL NEVER RECOMM... read more
