Visited this facility for the first time yesterday with my son! He split his forehead open, and the nurses were so good with him! They kept him calm, and reassured him that he was going to be okay! We walked in, and were taken straight back to triage and a room! Our whole visit consisted of maybe 45 minutes! Also, our favorite er nurse from St. Luke's was moved to this facility, which is an even bigger plus!
I would totally recommend this hospital for your children. They treated my daughter like one of their own children. Amazing nurses, doctors and respiratory. Overall a great hospital! Thank you!

You can't go wrong by taking your child to Texas Children Hospital. The staff are amazing. I couldn't be more happy with their service. Super Blessed that the new location just opened up 15 minutes from the house and we are no longer have to take the hour drive to downtown. Thank you to the staff for treating children and their families with such amazing hearts.
Staff was WONDERFUL , I didn't wait more than 5 mins to be seen whether it was registration, nurse, PA, or Doctor and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Susan Crowder is by far my favorite nurse at TCH! She is amazing!!!
I have always loved Texas Children's. Yesterday was the best experience yet. The child life specialist helped when my 2 year old need a blood draw for labs for first time. She did cry, but only five seconds, no trauma to get to create fear, and no issues. She kept her calm and engaged.
The nurses & doctors are very caring & has done a great job . I would recommend The TX Children Hospital to take care of my grandsons & other children . I believe you will be amazed .
