Staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my child was comfortable. Great atmosphere.
I'm disappointed with this hospital. My daughter has a GTube that had fallen out but this hospital was not able to put the GTube back on and made me wait til the next day to seen me to a specialist that would. I could not wait a day its was already hours that it had fallen out and my daughter needs her nutrition so I had to go to Children's memorial Herman Hospital and within 45 mins that I was there they were able to put my daughter GTube back in. With this being said I'm never going to this Hospital again

We got in to see Dr Anani, one of the pediatric gastroenterologists here. Let me say WOW! He is absolutely amazing! He is straight forward and honest with us (yes...we had the "Mirilax talk"�), and amazing with our daughter. We have been battling chronic constipation with her since she has started a regular diet after breastfeeding. This has been going on for 5 years!!! My daughter had surgery here and everyone from the anesthesiologist to the volunteers were beyond nice and helpful!
You walk into a hospital expecting long waits but it was the complete opposite here. Before I even got to the check-in desk the nurses were coming to us. Everyone was attentive. Dr. Russell in the ER amazing! They talked to my daughter made sure she was comfortable and told her everything they were doing step by step. 7 stitches later we were back to the Easter party. There's a great ER team at Texas Children's Woodlands and I very much recommend them for your emergency needs.
