So much better than the one downtown. Went for grandson to have tubes in ears yesterday. The staff on 3 were amazing. The whole process from check in to discharge was efficient. They have a system that keeps you informed as your child goes from pre-op, surgery, recovery it's great.
Estupendo servicio mi hija tuvo una cirugía y todo salió muy bien grasias a Dios y a los doctores enfermeras anestesialista ect, todo el servicio muy amable para mi excelente y el mejor hospital para niños
I would definitely go again if needed. The workers where awesome with fast service. Showed great concern.

Love this place. Got me and my daughter in there quickly, kept checking on her & were so gentle even though my daughter is a handful lol. She went in not using her left arm for almost 2 days... she is now running around like nothing happened

Luckily when we went in Sunday afternoon it was not busy And we were seen immediately in the emergency Room for a laceration on my daughter's foot. staff was amazing treated us great took great Care of Hailey. I hope I never have to take any of my kids to the ER again but when I do it will be Texas children's loved it.

When there for my 5 year old daughter. She ends up having to get stitches on the top of her foo. They did an amazing job. Made the process easy and helped her through the pain and stress of the situation. This was my first time there but it will definitely be my go to place for child emergencies!

Very clean and helpful the nurses were nice and friendly. And Dr. O was fantastic making my daughter feel comfortable and not scared before her surgery.

On July 4th I took my 11month old baby to kingwood hospital she has a 103.5 fever an her whole but cheek on one side was completely swollen an red an hard they sent us home! The next day my baby's fever was 104.7 I rushed her here 2 Texas children come 2 find out my baby had a cyst on her but that went on the inside an busted an was getting into her system Texas children did surgery on her that day an we were told kingwood should of never sent her home my baby could of died if the poison would of got into her blood I thank a... read more
