I am a mother of four amazing children, my family and I are very familiar with the renal department and have been going there twice a year for the past 18 years. My son had his left kidney removed at the age of one and as I said we go twice a year to follow up with the renal department. Recently I've had to visit there a few times for my two month old for renal test. I have never, not once ever had a bad experience at the facility. Grate staff, thay have been working with my son for 2 weeks now. He was 3 months premature
I visited my son yesterday in the picu (he just had a kidney transplant) and brought my 2 month old and the lady at the front desk lied to me several times. First she told me children 14 and under aren't aloud in the picu. That was a lie. I told her that isnt true because my 3 yr old and 7 yr old went in yesterday. Then she says well because they were approved. I said so your telling me they cant come approve my 2m old. No he is too young. Didnt you read the papers we gave you. I'm so thankful for saving my daughters life! Kate had the best service from the whole team nurses, doctors, service team from food service and everyone just made my daughter's stay pleasant! Thank you

Living a normal life, you never really think about trauma situations until you're in it .. Texas Children's provided the absolute best care for our 3yr old son as he recovered from a fractured skull and concussion. From the ER team, Neuro Team and every nurse, they truly care about their patients!!! Thank you Texas Children's for caring so much!!!
We love TCH. From the time we moved here a year ago till now, we have received the highest quality of care. I do have to say the sleep study staff rock. They went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. We will be using y'all for a very long time.
The BEST place ever! We have been coming to TCH since my son was 2, he is 20 now. The level of care as well as concern by the Doc's & staff cannot be matched. Dr. Sheena Pimpalwar is my son's dr & she is a rockstar! We can't say enough about her knowledge, skill, care & concern. He has a rare vascular condition that is difficult & tricky, Dr. Pimpalwar has walked beside us every step of the way & we are blessed to have her. Thank you TCH!
