So thankful for the staff at TCH! Very attentive, helpful and showed loved to my 8mth old every time they came in to do their jobs. I was asked if I needed anything for myself every single time a nurse or doctor came in! I am so happy with our visit. This was our first time, hopefully last. But if we do need hospital care ever again! We will make the 2hr drive to Houston!!
We got in to an ER room quickly. It is scary when your child isn't well and you want to be seen asap. Being placed in a room promptly was great. The x ray technician was also so kind to us, as we were very worried about our son. Our doctor was nice, but not very experienced. That said, his boss (ER Doctor), was able to come in and give us more information on our son's condition. My biggest regret was not taking my son to Texas Children's Hospital right away because if he would have went there his chances of him living would have been a lot better amd could have possibly still be here. Texas childrens hospotal is by fat the best hospital and every kid deserves the best and thats what they are.
We were in the ER yesterday and the doctor was extremely rude she was playing around and laughing with the nurse but was rude to us. The nurse proceeded to tell me how healthy her children are and how well they eat etc. I defenitly will NEVER return to texas childrens what a joke they are!

Texas Children's Hospital has given me reason not to give up on a quality health care system. The standard that is in place far exceeds any I have experienced in many years. The Doctors, Nurses and Staff are to be commended not only for their professional skills but also their genuine concern for the care of the patient. Your facility and all who serve within it sets a pattern by which our society's Health Care System should be framed. Texas is blessed to have such an awesome institution! Absolutely the best care my granddaughter has ever received! Not only are the facilities amazing, the staff is awesome!!! Something for Texans to be proud of!!!!
My son had surgery here today and I have never had a better experience at a hospital before! The surgery staff worked as a close nit team that came to talk to me and my son many times before the surgery. They were very attentive to us. It's not a cold clinical setting, it's a loving place. We thank you Texas Children's hospital!
