Every time time we are here they mess up!!! EVERYTIME!!! They are beyond unprofessional and horrible bedside manner and very dismissive of parents and their concerns!
RecommendedDon (patient liaison) was absolutely amazing. He welcomed and informed everyone and was very friendly and kind.
Waited 4 hours in the emergency room because they had no rooms available , btw we came in by ambulance my daughter had a seizure. She is 3 and no one saw her I finally went and asked how much longer this is ridiculous and the guy said 3.5 more hours . Ah no thank you we left by that time all the symptoms she had was go e anyways . What’s the point of the ambulance if the hospital is going to make you wait 8 hours to be seen by a doctor. Amazing nurses and doctors. We had to stay in the EMU - they make you comfortable and most importantly they treat the children like they matter most! BECAUSE THEY DO!
Everyone from every department showed patience and kindness. I never questioned whether my child was getting the very best of care.
