A baby, barely 1 years old, is sent home and denied re-admittance with a 104 degree fever!!! It appears this is not the first time this has happened either. This is how you treat black children? Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional.
Everyone was amazing. They made what could have been a very scary experience a breeze. It was the first time my daughter needed to be put under anesthesia. Child life somehow made sure she was completely in the loop about what was going to happen without making her feel scared. Not a tear, I was in awe. (I on the other hand spend 45 min crying in the bathroom after they took her back) Every staff member was very nice and informative. So great with my daughter � thank you �
