The best hospital I have ever been in! I’m here from Alabama and my doctors and nurses are the best! They have done everything possible to help me with being away from home and my family until delivery!!
I’ve never in my life been so appalled with the lack of customer service when you are scheduled for an induction. I have been scheduled to have an induction since Monday sept 25th and no one at the hospital has the decency to be honest with me about when or if they even plan to call me into the hospital. Now 4 days have passed with family that has taken/ wasted vacation time and traveled from out of state and had to leave and go back due to the piss poor scheduling and communication from the hospital. My OBGYN is completely amazing! Could not have found anyone better. I can relate to him and explain everything i want in Spanish, he’s venezuelan. He will be my Doctor forever. Dr. Jonathan España is the best!
We had a beautiful baby girl delivered at Texas Childrens Pavilion for Women during the hurricane Harvey. The hospital staff was so kind and attentive right from the beginning. We stayed at the hospital after the delivery till the conditions were back to normal outside. The nurses and doctors were hellasweet. Everyone working here is here to help. Never seen a harder working group of individuals.
They are completely top notch! I was beyond impressed with the care I got.
