After visiting a few online dealers I will have to say I was a bit skeptical. After all I was looking for a vehicle with the lowest price I could find so I should expect to get poor service right? Definitely NOT the case with Texas Certified Motors. Not only did they have the vehicle I saw online, it was everything they said it would be, and the sevice was outstanding. It was well worth the trip there great people to deal with.
Starting from the first call I was looking for a small truck. Mr. Chris Hogan called and said they had one. I come in and David took care of me. They financed me with nothing down except my trade in. They explained everything. A little later I was pulling out the lot in my new truck. I came back because I could not find a jack for it. They gave me one FREE and appreciated my business. I will be coming back. VERY GOOD BUSINESS!
Rizzo is one of the best guys yall have. He can cut up with you and make you feel at home. He makes you feel great about buying a car. I will so be back to buy from him again. A big thank you to Rizzo! If anybody needs a car, you need to come see Rizzo at Texas Certified Motors. He really is great at his job :)
Rizzo was very nice and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I will use him every time I purchase a vehicle from this company. Rizzo was not pushy but very informative and informed me of all deals that were going on. I have been working with Rizzo for 6 months looking for a particular vehicle.
Chris Hogan at Texas Certified Motors was friendly, fun and cared to make sure that he found the best truck he could for my family. Chris called and checked on us to make sure we were happy with the truck. While we were at the dealership everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I wont ever go anywhere else! After looking for months and months I had almost given up on getting what I wanted. Until I found the perfect vehicle on there website! It was super easy, I filled out and online application and they called me right back! Scheduled and appointment with the sales manager within 30 min of being at TCM I had what I wanted! I am so grateful, they have an amazing staff, inventory, prices and service department. Dont waste your time with anyone else!
THE WORST SHADY CAR DEALERS IN ODESSA!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!They jacked around about the financing, then when we decided on a car that we were told was 6900.00 and listed online as such, we were told it was a mispriint and it was actually 8900.00 and even if we finnacned it with our bank it wasnt considered a cash sale and was another 1500.00 more!!! Theses crooks have NO business doing car deals and should be run outta town!!!
