I just passed my 10 year anniversary for having my right hip replaced (performed on 03/04/2015) by Dr. Emerson and could not have hoped for a better experience than I have had with this procedure. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, I am at zero. I am back to working out 5 or 6 times a week with weights and bicycling, and hiking numerous National Parks. Nice and friendly didn't have to wait to long
I wish I didn't have to leave a star at all. I'm going to preface this review with this. I understand emergencies happen, and that's why we waited so long before we moved on. In late August or early Sept. my husband had his first appointment with Dr. Chad for a knee replacement. He went thru the full appointment Xrays. Found out he needed a hip replacement first, but his arthritis was so severe. he'd need a special prosthetic piece that he has to be measured for. And that piece takes 8 weeks to get in. Do not go to dr.Kwan ENNIN.he is rude,his bedside manner is awful and because I was discharged from the hospital too early,I GOT SEPSIS ON SEPTEMBER 16,2021,I’m 74 and disabled because of this horrible center 🤬
I waited several weeks to get an appointment with Dr Reitman and was scheduled November 13. Office called on the 7th saying to reschedule as provider out of office on 13th so I took the following Monday. I wasn't informed that both Dr Reitman and Sheldon Jones were also gone that day. I saw PA Vo, who, while very good, isn't the surgeon I needed to see. I'm disappointed that the front desk decides that a patient can see any practitioner who happens to have an open slot.
