I just ate the best steak of my life! The filet mignon was amazing.
The waitstaff seemed hurried and didn't take the time to introduce themselves. They didn't take the time to explain the menu. I was there with my boss and coworkers and none of us had been there before and didn't know what to expect. One of the ordered steaks was supposed to be medium rare but came out well done. They took the steak back to bring another. But it took so long for the replacement the rest of us had finished our meals. The replacement was over cooked as well. Best filet with maytag blue cheese I've ever had! Cooked to perfection!
This was my husband and mine first time visiting Texas Cattle. First they sat us in a dark booth in a hallway. . The area has a moldy smell to it. All of the wait staff were standing around us talking. The salad was mostly lettuce and a bland dressing the ribeye steak was very fatty and almost raw! I think that they were overpriced for what we got. I do not plan on returning.
