I always ask for well-done steak and I always receive medium-rare.
Service was outstanding!I went for my birthday to celebrate and dined with me and my girlfriend and we had a great time.The steak was superb including the salad and potatoes.The only item that disappointed me was the bread,I'm not sure if they were garlic or parmeasean,but it was not good.

Had dinner with my son last night. First time there, I drove two hours to get there from home. We both had ribeyes ... cooked to a perfect medium rare and tasted the way a good steak should. The flavor was wonderful, the steak was large. Soft warm rolls with herbs warmed up the taste buds. Came here for mine and my gf's 2 year anniversary. Big mistake on my part. Our server was bobby. Very energetic at first but I felt like our little 2 person table was more of a burden for him to deal with. Service is bad here... ordered our drinks and an appetizer. For my birthday, we went to Texas Cattle Company Restaurant in Lakeland Florida. At this restaurant they offer a "free steak dinner" for your birthday. We made a reservation and we arrived a couple minutes early, so we sat down in the waiting area. There is no dress code at this restaurant so we were both wearing jeans and T-shirts.
