Service has went tremendously down hill! Arrived for a birth celebration at 6:30 was sat around 7 salad & bread Don't arrive until 8:15! Bread was not fresh also food didn't arrive in a timely manner !
My mother, sister and myself came here to celebrate my moms birthday. To say we were elated we came is an understatement. The food was AMAZING. My sister who hates broccoli tried mine and lived it. I steaks were perfect . I will definitely be back here. Our server was Tommy and we couldn't have asked for better. He made my mom's night by paying such special attention to our wants and needs. The T bone was way to fatty and dry The flavor was familiar and then the to go bag came it had Charleys Steak house all over it. Charleys is not good steak either for the $25.00 price tag. The salad was soggy the garlic fired brocali was hard as a rock could not eat it. The loaded potato was good the bread was good. The best part were the friends who broke bread together that night. Service was ok
Well I gave it another try & I have to say I won't be back. My steak tasted like grease, broccoli wasn't done & it's definitely overpriced for the quality. My wine was the best part of the meal. Never again � #overrated
Such a great dinner! Service was so great! Really nice and personable.. we always enjoy this establishment! Lemon drop martinis were sooo good!

Well the 730 reservation that we didn't get sat until 845 started the night off, the 4 out of 5 people that ordered medium rare steak and they all came out well done not once but twice and 1 a third time. The bowl of soup that came out in a ramekin instead of a bowl. Overall I'd say it was 0 stars but that isn't an option.
We celebrated my sons birthday and everything was great. We have been going here for years and we always have great service.
