ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I will not be back. I came to bring my mom for her Birthday and it was the worst dining experience of my life. Our waitress. Threw blondes at us then asked if we still wanted a manager, like it fixed something. We waited almost 2 HOURS to speak to a manager. (745-922) Steven and the man who fixed my baked potato were the best 2 people I spoke to ALL night. Steven got everything straight and made sure we were happy.
What a terribly disappointing birthday dining experience. Asked for a manager at 7:45 pm after being told our reservation didn’t matter... after asking four separate times throughout dinner one came to our table at 9:30 pm. The service was more disappointing as the night progressed. Major fail for the Texas Cattle Company and it’s employees tonight. The last time I spend money at this establishment...
Wood fired steak is not my thing. A nice cut of meat was made to taste like BBQ, but that’s personal preference. The biggest offense however, was our service. We were sat under an a/c vent, we mentioned it twice to our server and pointed out it would also make the food cold when it came out. She mentioned a manager, who never appeared. Valentines dinner was delicious. Service was okay considering the holiday. We’ve had quicker service during prior visits but I also understand it’s difficult on this holiday. It was not horrible. Our server was very professional and in great spirits, lots of smiles.
Had reservations at 7:30, didn’t get seated till 8:30. Party of 10 waited patiently, service was good and food was excellent.

Staff is every professional when asking them about there steaks and what would they recommend to you on the menu
