Dr. Jen is very personable. He understood my concerns and assessed the situation quickly and thoroughly. The medical assistant was kind and listened to my concerns. La'Kell is very friendly. The interactions with the staff was very positive. If I could improve anything, it would be the parking. When in pain, it is very challenging to walk across the large parking lot. Otherwise, highly recommend this office.
Terrible communication
Why do you book early morning appointments that require x-rays IF NO X-RAY TECH IS GOING TO BE THERE! Just sitting here wasting my time. I have come here for years and never had this experience.
called everyday for a week to check on my referral status. “Never received” however I verified with my pcp it was sent not once but three times. Ladies in front office are nonchalant, no phone etiquette for customer service, and have no intention on solving issues. Because of their office staff; I can’t trust this practice with my care.
First off, I’m very grateful to Dr. Muncy and Stovall for repairing my Achilles tendon. It was my first surgery ever, and I didn’t know what to expect. I wish the communication in the office had been better. I called and left voicemails, but I never received a call back. I was also told that my follow-ups after surgery were part of my treatment plan, but at the last visit, I discovered I was charged.
