We were having issues with our boat and were told at the end of May they would be able to get to it in 3 days. After weeks of the boat sitting, not waiting on parts, not being worked on, it was finally ready this last week. When we picked it up and pointed out how bad the detail job was - chunks of wax still left on the boat, windows and chrome untouched - we were told we'd get a free detail job "next time." TBW is hands down the best Dealership in Texas. I have done business with a lot of Dealerships and TBW is hands down Number 1. They have the friendly staff and the inventory you need. Awesome people and management. Service is second to none.
We recently purchased our second boat from Texas Boat World. These guys are hands down the best! Josh, Cliff and Maggie were there to answer all of our questions. If you are in the market for a boat, I highly recommend you go see them!
Cliff knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't over sell. He made us a great deal on the perfect boat. The entire team at TBW made us feel welcome from start to finish. We will definitely be visiting often for supplies etc.
