im gonna start off by saying I wouldn't take a John Boat with a trolling motor to this facility! I took my boat to this place because of the high rated reviews. First and foremost I took my boat in because is was not idling right...steering needed seals and bled! They first sent me an estimate of $3138.74! I approved well they told me i will have it ready the middle of the following week...that didn't happen because I was told only 2 ppl where in shop. Because the rest were on vacation!! I called Texas Boat Works to explain the issue I was having with the electronics on my boat. They listened, presented a solution, and asked that I bring my boat in for a closer look. I took it in and the tech further explained what needed to be done and provided an estimate so that there wouldn’t be any surprise there. I moved forward with their recommendation, and after taking my boat out twice ALL day I can honestly say they FIXED the problem that I’ve been having with the electronics on my boat.
