Bought a brand new Cougar from Texas Boat Works about two months ago. Absolutely love how it turned out and the guys at TBW will give you and have given me first class service. You will not be disappointed with a purchase of a new or used boat from these folks !!!
Troy, Kyle and the gang got my ultrex fixed up top notch!!! I was in the middle of a tournament and my ultrex steering module went out on me. Called Troy at home on the weekend, he went to the shop and got me a loaner and had me back on the water in less than an hour. Repaired mine, and kept me fishing while it was being repaired. Awesome service.
smh Texas boat works!!! Very First boat launch after picking boat up from this facility. 3400 bucks all cash later and the boat won't even start. but Troy said they water tested it and that his son told me the starter was bad. Think about that one for a minute!! why wouldn't they have fixed it then?? what's a few more hundred bucks on top a 3400 bill gonna hurt. and wasn't that the whole reason I took it in was for repairs! in all honesty if you aint trying to buy there basscat boats. your better off taking it into a Walmart... read more

im gonna start off by saying I wouldn't take a John Boat with a trolling motor to this facility! I took my boat to this place because of the high rated reviews. First and foremost I took my boat in because is was not idling right...steering needed seals and bled! They first sent me an estimate of $3138.74! I approved well they told me i will have it ready the middle of the following week...that didn't happen because I was told only 2 ppl where in shop. Because the rest were on vacation!!
