We are absolutely delighted with our new floor! We recently purchased a house that was built in the 1980s that had a sunken floor in the living room. (Apparently sunken floors were a thing back then.) We wanted to raise the sunken floor so that it was level with the rest of the house and replace the carpet in all of the common areas with hardwood flooring. I highly recommend this company. They did all my floors in my house in Wylie about 7 years ago. They did such a great job that I called them when we moved to remodel our current house 2 years ago. David Hill, the owner, is a great guy and will make sure everything is right.

Looking back, I wish I had paid more money for a quality job. David is a salesman - period. He then chooses from other flooring companies to get the work done, so what he promises and what you are delivered are not the same. Our house was built in 1996, so I was thinking this should be a fairly simple job. Our baseboards look HORRIBLE. There's caulking in random sections in all of our house and sloppily laid baseboards that are crooked. We thought we had made a good choice as they were very responsive on the first visit and until the sale was made. After that the service was poor, phone calls were not returned, the work was not completed on schedule. One of our carpet choices was switched without consulting us. Despite the difficulties, David was very aggressive about obtaining final payment within hours of the job being completed. David never came to inspect the work and really only cared about being paid. January 2014- Texas Best Flooring company installed carpet through out my house and hand scraped my hardwood floors. Here is what we experienced: 1. Professional service from the first contact until the last. 2. Employees who showed up on time worked hard all day and finished exactly when they promised 3. Excellent quality work 4. Very competitive pricing 5. Employees and owner who really take pride in their work. I do not often write reviews but this company deserve recognition for the quality of work and product.
