Bought a truck before storm and had many problems that was agreed upon to fix with dealer and still want fix, traded in a perfectly good H2 and finally after storm "HARVEY" they agreed to fix some of the issues and when dropping off the truck they wouldn't give me a loaner TRUCK that I needed to continue working the relief of "HARVEY" and I even told them that and they said " THEY DIDN'T CARE" so I had to leave and back to work. Promise everything and do nothing!!

I bought a car from this dealership. A year later I needed some service work performed. The work performed was sub par at best. My car was damaged when someone at the dealership took my car for a joy ride. The joy ride was at 162 mph according to the GPS unit in the vehicle. I called to complain about the damages and the joy ride. I was treated very badly being shuffled from one sales manager to another and service managers too. I found it strange that there are four or five sales managers and two service managers. No one wo... read more

Buyer beware. I purchased a car from them. 2 hrs after driving off the lot, the car overheated and left me stranded. Texas Auto gave me the run around for three weeks. I left messages for the GM (Scott *******). He would not call me back. When I finally did get him on the phone, he advised me that the car was sold "as is". As a used car buyer, the consumer has no protection. Laws designed to protect the consumer like the lemon law or the three day rule which allows you to return anything within three days of the purchase, sp... read more

By far the worst car dealership experience I've had... and thats saying something. They agreed to buy my car for a set price and then avoided answering emails and questions, but confirmed the price over the phone. After I drove nearly an hour out to them to drop off the car (after calling and reconfirming the price right before I left), they called to say that they were actually changing the agreement and refused to answer questions or to honor the original agreement. I was selling the car last minute to prepare for an emerg... read more

This dealership did not live up to the promises it makes on the sales floor. When my wife and I went to buy our vehicle, we were told a specific piece would be purchased for us that was missing. We were also told not to add anything to the changes made portion of the contract. We came to find out that because we did not add the piece to the contract, the dealership ended up backing out of the purchase. A complete used car salesman tactic. I tried to reach out to my salesperson and dealership for 3 months and received no call... read more
