This has to be one of the worst doctor’s offices I’ve ever had to deal with. The actual physician is great but scheduling is a nightmare (seems as if these are outsourced calls. Most recent call I could barely hear the guy because there was so much background noise). I try to not leave negative reviews, as this world is already negative enough as it is, and I try to be encouraging whenever I can. Regretfully, I must make an exception with Texas Allergy and Breathing Centers, 3900 American Dr, Ste 203 Plano, TX 75075. This place has some nice employees but fails in every other way. This place is highly unorganized. I have been trying to get a call from them to get sleep study results for 3 days now. They keep missing the appointments they scheduled.
Don't ever go to this doctors office they give you the run around and theres always miss communication been waiting on medication to be sent over to walgreens since February 8th amd still hasn't received it. I've been calling the office everyday and a man says the plano office is not open but clearly online it shows the office is open. Please save yourself the headache and don't go there.
