Just got called by a staff member that I can have my appointment done over the phone. Waited on hold for an hour and was told by another member of staff that I actually do have to go in person. So unprofessional. So unpleasant. Beg your doctor to refer you to a different sleep study center.

I don't know what these reviews are talking about. Could just be racism, who cares. I had no issues with anyone here. Everything was really quick. From the front desk, to the doctor, to my sleep study. Took a total of 20 mins, maybe less. They even made it cheaper for me. Outside of their control, is the whole buildings elevator. That thing is a little sketch lol.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that my insurance was in network with them. I requested an appointment for the Plano office. A few days later, I received a text message with a link to confirm my appointment. When I clicked on the link, it said that my appointment was at the Mesquite office. I tried multiple, multiple, multiple times to get through to the office to confirm whether or not I was scheduled for Plano or Mesquite. I was never able to get anyone to pick up the phone. This has to be one of the worst doctor’s offices I’ve ever had to deal with. The actual physician is great but scheduling is a nightmare (seems as if these are outsourced calls. Most recent call I could barely hear the guy because there was so much background noise). Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago and just called to follow up since I never received a phone call letting me know I had an appointment today, to find out that appointment was never entered into their system. I try to not leave negative reviews, as this world is already negative enough as it is, and I try to be encouraging whenever I can. Regretfully, I must make an exception with Texas Allergy and Breathing Centers, 3900 American Dr, Ste 203 Plano, TX 75075.
