I had an appointment for last Thursday for a simple AC servicing. They overbooked and needed to reschedule. Fine, it happens. It's now the rescheduled day. No one called or showed up.
RecommendedOk so I thought the price was high but I quickly changed to “you get what you pay for”. Professional service all the way! Installation of my water heater same day. Complete explanation of my options. Conversations between the two employees were very courteous. No slang or profanity. Explanation given as to what was done and what to expect in the event of a leak. Yes I got the Cadillac of water heaters. Workers were cognitive of the corona virus wearing face covering. Couldn’t have asked for better response time and service.
RecommendedThe plumber was very professional and courteous. He provided a free estimate of the work. Once I authorized the work, he quickly completed it and cleaned the outside area of all refuse to include extra rocks from the area he dug up. He requested I review him, even though he's been a plumber for 20 years, so he could better meet other customer's needs.
