RecommendedGreat experience from start to finish. Minutes after I called, I received a text with an update. Technician arrived and immediately started evaluating & was ready to begin repairs. Cody was awesome!! Very knowledgeable & helpful by answering all questions. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done, what he did to fix it & how to prevent future damage. I was only out of water for ~ 3 hours from the time the pipe busted until it was completely repaired. Thank you Cody!!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered his professional opinion when necessary. He answered my questions, and fixed my issues quickly. I will gladly turn to All Pro Plumbing for any issues I have in the future. Top class.

The service was good. The only thing I had a problem was when I called the Customer Service and let them know that their Technician unplugged the plug of my chest freezer in order to use for his equipment, he never plugged it back and we found out about couple of days that all my meat products were spoiled. Customer Service responded quickly and I spoke to Henry and told me that he will reimburse me $100 HEB gift card to compensate for all the spoiled food.
