I paid off my car and still no title. I call them yesterday and Roxana said the person in charge of it was ‘on vacation’. No one goes on vacation for 2 months without leaving everything in place. They charged us $200 more than our set price for a ‘fee’ they made up. They will always try to add more to your bill. Plus Chris, the owners husband told us we had to wait a week longer and hung up on us when we kept calling for the title. Very unpleased. They’re prices are ridiculous.
This place is shit. My man made the mistake of getting a car from this place & it lasted a week before it broke down on the hwy. They said they'd fix it at no cost to him (of course right it's the least they could do for selling him a shitty car) & when he got it back a couple days later three lights turned on. Btw it took 2 weeks to fix that car & the owner kept avoiding the question every time we asked him what was wrong. Don't buy from this place it's absolute shit.
