I had to beg in order for them to deliver the title. It took them 3 months. Last time I spoke to Chris (owner’s husband), he said that he’d make me wait an extra week just because I kept asking for the title. I am now going through the same issue when I asked for a Form T-4. Their excuse is always they’re on vacation. Now that the owner admitted she had it, she doesn’t respond. This is unnecessarily horrible customer service. I’ve had enough patience, and need the issue cleared.
