As if it could get any worse from other reviews, American Campus apartments, including Texan, decided to really downgrade the WiFi starting a few months ago. Find somewhere else worth your rent.

I’m releasing because it’s convenient and furnished but the elevator is out of order 80% of the year and my AC has stopped working several times during the summer.

The elevator was broken down 120+ days this past year. And is now broken again for move out time. No responses from management. Constant emails that technicians were there but not or need more time to receive parts or repair time. Speaking to other apartments yes elevators go out but are fixed within 24 hours. There is only one elevator. No back up. You will have to walk up 5 flights if you’re on the top floor. Hope you don’t need assistance you won’t get it.

Do not live here if you are a student at UT. From daily wifi-outages, a misunderstanding leasing office, and constant delivery complications, this apartment complex has failed to deliver an experience that matches up with the fees they hand out. For a place advertised toward student living, the lack of reliable communication and support has been frustrating.
