I assume they don’t check the units when moving in because this places standard seems low on quality of the already mid units. They also take advantage of lower income students by giving fines that don’t interfere with the contract. The professionalism of the CA’s and managers are absolutely terrible they couldn’t care less about your issues if I could I’d give negative stars.
Having a great time here and price is very good. Great view! Walls, counters, furniture, bathrooms are all sturdy and clean. Some problems with ants and fruit flys. Other than that I love this place and would recommend it to others. Maintainance staff is great do not listen to the other reviews!!!!!!
This complex allows animals to run around unleashed on their property and all surrounding apartments. Along with residents peeing off the side of the building. It's honestly disgusting
Ngozi was very professional and knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful and polite!
Brianna was so helpful and sweet on our tour! She gave so much information and left an amazing impression. Seriously considering signing here!
