This place is terrible. The rent is decent but Ely properties who manages the place is terrible. We lived on the second floor and during the rainy season our place flooded! Water got in everywhere. This happened multiple when it rained during the year and managers took multiple days to get out there and fix it. The property managers also did everything to keep out deposit. Terrible place to live. Not worth $550/month. I had a friend that lived here and he would always have to call the maintenance more than once. The office is horrible at managing things - ely properties. Don't be fooled by the advertisements or be rushed to make a decision on where to live. His room faced Lamar and I would kick it on the couch often on weekends. You can hear the entire street drive by the windows. It's certainly not worth $550 for all the noise that happens from those windows. Consider other places!
