Best liver and onions I have ever had anywhere. Then there is the exhaustive selection of pies 🥧
The quality of food and service of this establishment has gone downhill since the new ownership has taken over. The waitress tried to explain why my pie that was made “yesterday” was still frozen when served after noon today. The small town charm of waitresses taking orders on pen and paper is gone. Now orders are taken on tablets and you pay at your table. The ambience is gone. UPDATE - they remove comments from their FB page referencing their frozen pie. Even though it's a smaller place to eat the food is great and large portions. Pies are awesome.

The food and service were fantastic. And the pie was awesome!
Would not give it a star, but had to. A young employee was told to wear makeup b/c her acne might scare away customers. Are you kidding me???!!! This poor girl has struggled her whole life with self image, got her first job and then her boss tells her this? WILL NEVER eat at this establishment again. Disappointed!
the food was so good. I highly recommend this place for Anyone traveling through Hutto Texas.
