Visited this past week with friends, and while the menu was pruned down, the food was decent. Having dined there regularly for the past few years, the shakeup with menu and staffing left us leery. While the quality and quantity of the food was good and the service was fast despite it being a quiet night, the waiter was simple adequate. Service slow, food great!
I tried an ancho carrot taco and a blackened cod taco today and my tastebuds are singing! The pickled onions and pumpkin seeds on the carrot taco, along with the ancho chilies made this one of my favorite tacos of all time. The blackened cod taco was equally as good for different reasons. The slaw cooled off the spice and gave it a tasty tang. An added bonus to the experience was a waitress who was a lively and fun as the decor. See you again soon! I’ll be back to try every last taco you have. :)
Great salsa and queso, the margaritas are excellent and service was A+. The food (I ordered taco’s) was just ok. Pork was very dry and other tacos were just ok. Of the 3 I ordered, I’d avoid the chorizo black bean taco. Rice also had an odd taste to it.

This place is fantastic! I could write a romantic novel about their guacamole alone... but I won’t :) The service was friendly and efficient; and the food was, in all honesty, some of the best I’ve had out in a while. I got three tacos - Swiss chard and sweet potato, fried avocado, and portobello ones - and oh my! My belly was thrilled. Will certainly visit again and recommend highly to friends!
