True story: I purchased a used car from Teton Motors with a third-party warranty that the agent described as "bumper to bumper" for 3 years. Within the first week of owning the car, the radio died. Turns out the warranty doesn't cover that. Within the first month the brake lights came on. Bringing in the car to Teton Motors auto-repair they told me the brakes were shot. Asked if the "bumper to bumper" warranty covered those? It didn't. I asked who did the car inspection prior to selling it? They said they did. So I guess the... read more

Heavenly. Problem was something that is known to occur in these engines, and service department fixed it and did not require me to pay, and they did it without my asking. Obviously, that was a case of divine intervention. The Van-borghini lives on!
