I took my Toefl here. Initially, I got 1 sheet of paper. Before entering the cubicle I made sure by asking the test proctors whether I will get paper if I raise my hands. He ensured and when I’m about to finish my listening section I raised my hand several times and I stood up to get attention. But the test proctor was an old man and he didn’t even saw me. There's construction going on right on the other side of the wall. Bring earplugs and be prepared for the noise! I would recommend finding another place while the construction continues.
