Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

The staff remembered me several days after the appointment and worked with me on the date of surgery. I was told that he was not able to operate on the day I had available because of work and he must have figured out a way to get me in on that day. He described the surgery in detail to my mother who was against having the surgery. He showed her the x-rays and she now realizes that the surgery was needed. Him knowing that I understood everything he was doing, he focused on my mother and explained in detail what was being done... read more
