They have never postponed my appointment, except once when the doctor had to leave for an emergency consult at the hospital. They always try to get me in as soon as possible when I'm having a problem. I love that I can usually get an appointment quickly and Dr. Tessler himself is always very prompt. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I tried to get into see Dr. Tessler but rather got his support person, Ms Silver, an MFT or something inferior who talked more about herself during our session than about me and my issues. She handed me a questionare, essential the same one I found on the internet to diagnose me with a severe problem on the first visit. This is not health care, it is idiocy and a money making scam.
