I have reviewed this place in the past, and in the past our management was shotty at best. Our new management however is much better. When you call they actually care. They almost always pick up and if they don't they call you back. Place is in much better shape since then thanks to their maintenance staff which has also done a good job and just like the office staff are quick and professional. Huge improvement from what we had before.
Alyssa (Spelling?) was Very nice and professional.
Ive lived here for less than a year now and I do enjoy living here. It is quiet. The garbage bins are close by. I was helped by eric in finding a home. I also want to give a shout out to andie the Maintenance tech for always being quick to getting my work orders done! Thank you guys!
Really good quick response. Maintenance takes care of all things necessary. Plus they accept housing vouchers.
The Tessera staff are helpful to respond to any issues promptly and efficiently. They upkeep the property so well so that we residents get to enjoy calm and clean surroundings. I love living at Tessera and plan on living here for a long time! Great job.
