I applied at this complex on Friday, 9/11. They were real quick to take my $315 for the application deposit to hold an apartment. Which would be refunded if the application was denied. Which it was. Apparently, their accounting department in Seattle has to send a check out. Which supposedly they did. But here it is 2 weeks later and I’m STILL waiting for my money. We have lived here for 3 years it’s a great area to live.
The Avenue 5 staff that manage the Tessera apartments are fantastic. They are so nice and professional and responsive. They threw a summer party for all of the residents today complete with pizza and games. It was really well done and they clearly spent a lot of money on it. I really appreciate this level of care. It is very refreshing!!
