My experience at that place I stayed was awful. The manager Loyda was extremely rude and didn't care about the mess or making any improvements. Whoever hired her needs to do a better job of evaluating management skills, or just find someone else. She's only interested in money and doesn't care about tenants. I'm glad to be out of there, and everyone I talked to had similar bad experiences. It might be cheap, but it's definitely not worth it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place. It's filthy, reeks of urine, and the manager, Loyda, only cares about money. I reported a broken faucet, and it took her weeks to fix it. Don't waste your time or money here. The walls are dirty and full of graffiti.
The manager is a horrible human being !! She tows your car even if is parked inside !! She is abusive and dirty !! She needs to be fired !! She is also a drug user and shouldn’t be allowed to be working there she lets homeless stay there
