The current Apartment manager,Ms Monica is doing her job great and beyond! She is very approachable and her office is open anytime. We had a smooth turnover of the apt with her. Also I would like to thank the previous Manager Ms Dionne who processed our move in easily and did above and beyond too. She assisted us in all the process without any hustle . Tesoro is very clean and nice staff
The lady in office name “Monica”. She is not nice she is racist , she does not know how to talk to people, I just got moved few days ago because of her. She put extra charges on me for no reason. I ask her for help in apartment , my washing machine was doing hella noice, she send nobody to fix it, she doesn’t care, she is racist , she use to do racism with me because I’m Indian . We are extremely impressed with the professional, courteous and quality service that we have received from Eliza and Monica at Tesoro Apartments. Their commitment to providing excellent service has been evident since we started the process with Eliza allowing us to tour the unit and her willingness to answer our many questions. Monica assisted us with the approval and move-in process and has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. We are very pleased that we decided to lease a unit in Tesoro. Thank you!
