We had a small commercial solar array added to our workshop, and the team managed the project with precision. They coordinated smoothly with our local inspector and utility, which kept delays to a minimum. The wiring and conduit runs were neatly done, and everything looks very professional. I liked that they stayed within the budget originally quoted. The system has been performing steadily since day one, and we’ve already seen a meaningful reduction in energy costs at the shop. I would call this a very well-managed project.

I was referred to Tesla Solar by a neighbor and they did not disapoint. Their entire team was professional from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. I especially liked how they laid out the financing options clearly, without trying to push one over the other. The panels they installed are producing even a little more energy than we anticipated. Tesla Solar really impressed me with their level of professionalism and the way they kept me updated at every stage. The installation crew was on time and worked steadily until the job was complete. I appreciated that they double-checked all connections and took me through the activation step by step. Their office also followed up after a few weeks to ensure I was satisfied, which shows they care about customers beyond the sale. My panels are performing very well, and it feels good knowing I made the right choice.

Tesla solar products are the absolute worst. If you are considering their products, DON'T DO IT! We had solar installed on an asphalt shingle roof. During the first rainstorm afterwards, we discovered a lot of leaking water in our attached garage. Tesla refused responsibility, even when presented with multiple forms of documentation from the roofers who performed repairs. So that was an additional $13K lost due to Tesla's negligence. One thing I liked about Tesla Solar was how thorough they were in explaining the equipment warranty. They didn’t just install and leave; instead, they made sure I had a clear picture of support down the road. The installation itself went very smoothly. The crew worked quietly and kept the site clean, even sweeping up nails and packaging before they left. The panels are producing solid output, and I’ve been able to see exactly how much I am saving each day. It was a very professional job from start to finish.
