Shockingly inept. Have a defect on a Model Y. Got an appointment time for 10.45AM. It's quick fix, get told it will be ready for pickup at 3pm. Apparently the fix takes an hour. So, if the fix takes an hour, why am I here at 10.45AM? Could I not come back at 2PM to drop it off for that hour? Of course not, they would rather have all the cars here incase "something happens". For all the technical prowess of the Tesla app, seemingly they can't do better than booking an appointment 5 hours before when the car needs to be there.... read more

Originally the experience was 1 out of 5 stars and luckily service advisor turned it around for 4 out 5 stars service. I ask about a loan car via the app for the appointment and was told on a 1st in best dress basis. Therefore I made the time and got there early and checked in a little after 9am. Asked about the loan car and was told they are reserved for more critical customers and because it was just a Model Y windscreen replacement therefore I didn’t qualify for the loan car. Professional and prompt service from the team at Mt Gravatt. Excellent communication from the team throughout the overnight service and clear responses regarding any questions from me. Would highly recommend the team here.
