Nous avons vécu une expérience incroyable au Tesla Store du Florida Mall grâce à Mia ! Elle nous a fait rigoler et nous a fait passer un superbe moment pendant notre visite. Grâce à elle, on a maintenant vraiment envie d’acheter un Cybertruck, et on reviendra la voir pour ça ! Un immense merci pour son accueil et sa bonne humeur. I'm an Uber driver and always wanted to checkout Tesla. Went into the Tesla store to get more information but couldn't get anyone to help me. Sad. Stood there for ten minutes waiting to ask questions. Got ignored by everyone. Might wanna put your phones down when you have customers. Just a suggestion
Stopped by the Tesla store today because my ownership transfer is delayed and I was looking for some guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with, especially one of the ladies, came across as rude and showed very little empathy or willingness to help. I understand that some things are out of their control, but a little patience and customer service go a long way, especially for someone who just purchased a Tesla and is excited about becoming part of the Tesla community.
