I'm an Uber driver and always wanted to checkout Tesla. Went into the Tesla store to get more information but couldn't get anyone to help me. Sad. Stood there for ten minutes waiting to ask questions. Got ignored by everyone. Might wanna put your phones down when you have customers. Just a suggestion
Stopped by the Tesla store today because my ownership transfer is delayed and I was looking for some guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with, especially one of the ladies, came across as rude and showed very little empathy or willingness to help. I understand that some things are out of their control, but a little patience and customer service go a long way, especially for someone who just purchased a Tesla and is excited about becoming part of the Tesla community. I wanted to go into the store to check out some Teslas, but they wouldn’t let me in just because I didn’t want to register my email. I think that’s ridiculous and really bad on Tesla’s part. If I don’t register my email, they won’t let me enter?
Super cool shop, got to demo drive the model 3. Did have a cybertruck and other cars but need to be over 21. Employees were super friendly would def recommend!
