She gave us a rundown of the in-store models and offered us a self driving experience that we couldn’t turn down. Hermela invited us to test drive a Tesla, and it was an incredible experience. She was incredibly attentive, and even though we didn't speak the same language, we communicated very well with the help of a translator. She was wonderful and so helpful.
